Simple Easy Italian Brijole aka Braciola recipe

Italian way of making Brijole recipe



Braciola aka Brijole (plural braciole) is the name of an Italian dish. Brijole are simple thin slices of beef pan fried in their juice, or in a light amount of olive oil. Brijole, probably, one of the simplest dishes in Italian cooking; served with a green salad or boiled potatoes.

Braciola/Brijole easy recipe

Pork Brijole/chicken brijole or Beef Brijole


Ingredients

Pork Brijole(Braciola),garlic, sage, rosemary, flour, olive oil, salt and pepper
Crush the garlic with rosemary and sage. Put oil in your non stick pan or grill and leave this mix to cook for a minute. In the meantime rub the Brijole with the flour and add to the cooking mix, add salt and pepper and cook.
(you could add tomato if you like)
