Easter Dinner: Celebrating Easter

Easter Eggs
Bread and Wine
Lamb

Lamb skewers

Minced lamb meat about 1/2 kg
2 eggs
1 clove garlic
Juice from 1 onion
Thyme 1/2 tea spoon
Paprica 1 tea spoon
Salt and Pepper and a little olive oil

Steps:
Mix the minced lamb meat with all other ingredients. Make some cubes and insert them into the skewer. Cook in the oven turning them a couple of times.
Serve in a plate garnished with tomatoes, lemon and some greens.
