Steak Diane
Steak Diane is a made with beef tenderloin which they call Filet Mignon.
Steak Diane is made by seasoning with garlic and black pepper and frying quickly on butter.
The decoration of Steak Diane is made from the juices that are left on the pan after frying the beef, you could add some more butter and beef stock and sauteing some broccoli and mushrooms.
Pour the sauce over Steak Diane to achieve its best look and garnish with chopped parsley.
