If you love easy simple cooking this is best recipe you will get on the internet. Simple cake ingredients: 250g cottage cheese, 150g sugar,100g flour, 150g almond biscuits crushed, 2 eggs, 10g of baking. Mix all ingredients put in oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

1 teaspoon butter
2 lemons
1 +3/4 cups hot water

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
beat 2 eegs with 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tblsps cornflour add 1 teasp butter and juice of 2 lemons pour in 1+ 3/4 cups hot water mix well place on stove till thick put aside with lid on to keep hot CAKE ...cream 1 tblesp butter with 2 tblesps sugar add egg beat then add 1 cup.sr flour alt with milk ,, just enough milk to make a stiff mixture. spread cake mixture over base of greased dish and up the sides keeping a little of cake mixture for topping .. pour lemon mixture over cake base drop blobs of cake mixture on top ,, bake in mod oven till sets and is golden brown
