Shrimps with Arugula-Rocket
Ingredients:
200 g di shrimps
50 g di rocket
2 spoonfuls olive oil
1 lemon
1 glass white wine and half glass water, salt and pepper
1. Boil shrimps in water and wine, cut the rocket in big sizes and add to sieved shrimps then dress with lemon juice additioned with oil and salt and pepper.
Serve warm.
