Chapati my way!!!!!

To make Chapati is very easy, and they can go with any occasion that you are planning.
the ingredients include: wheat flour, pinch of salt (optional), warm water, oil.

When I make chapati I use a Kg of flour, this will make around 10 of them.
Make the dough as shown in the picture, then divide into discs. Roll each and apply some oil evenly on top, then roll this into a disc again and leave it rest as shown (i used a plastic bag) leave it until it is very soft.
Then roll again and cook it evenly as shown in the picture.

Serve with vegetable stews, meat stews, goes well also with cheese. Great as a dish, or even a snack. My son loves it!

During the serving of the meal for chaps

if possible try to apply bee honey and see how delicious it will be
it wil make Lucas to hate the rest of the food you prepare more so just try to apply honey in the chaps without vegatables

I'm going to try this one. How do you usually eat this? Do you think it's good with kebab?
