Italian dessert: Cakes filled with cream

To make the italian dessert that you can see in the pictures is easy and simple. You need the following:
300g of flour
100g sugar
100g butter
1 egg
1 spoon of baking powder

How do you go about this cake?
Mix all the ingredients into a dough and then you put in cellophane and leave in the fridge for not less than 30 minutes.

Then follow the pictures.

Note: depending on the size of the egg sometimes I have used 2 eggs.
Put in the oven at 180° for about 15 minutes until you think it is done.
Follow the decoration procedures or decorate your way.
