Flounder recipe idea for everyone
Ingredients: A fish of your choosing.
Could be any fish bass fish, cod fish, flounder fish, cod, trout
4 flounder fish fillet
1 lemon juice
200 g onion
2 bits of butter
1 small spoon tarragon
25 cl beer
100 ml cream
green pepper grains
salt and black pepper
The flounder cooking steps:
Wash the flounder fish under cold water and dry. Mix with the lemon juice and leave to rest for 15 minutes, then drain and add the salt.
cut the onion and cook on butter, on the fish add the pepper place it on the onion that you will have sprinkled with tarragon.
Cover and leave to cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the fish and place on the plate and keep them warm.
Mix the beer and cream and bring to boil on the pan adding the green pepper. Dress the fish with this sauce. Serve with potatoes or as you wish
