Simple easy scallop

Turkey/Chicken scallop or cutlet wherever you may call it and whats in a name that which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet!

Ingredients
Turkey breast cut 250 g.
Flour (just enough)
Olive Oil (just enough)
Sage (just enough)
Dry White wine (just enough)
Salt

In a pan put Oleve oil and 1/4 glass of white wine. With a wooden spoon emulsify cold and add some leaves of sage. Put the meat on the flour and coat it well and then put them on the pan. Put on the gas and cook turning the pieces until the liquid dries up. Adjust the salt.

Serve with Potatoes or add in your creativity.
