Chocolate delight: A delicacy from Italy Ravenna
Chocolato in tazza as its called in Italy is made from dark chocolate, water, milk and sugar by melting the dark chocolate in pieces in the water and mixing to soften it. This is done at very low heat as it has to be cooked for a longer time around 10 minutes without closing the cooking pot the liquid evaporates and leaves dense chocolate where by you add hot milk and cooking for another 5 minutes.
The day after you heat your chocolate in a small pot and heat slowly while mixing until it boils.
this is obtained by using 150 g. dark chocolate, 1 glass water and 4 glasses milk . Add some sugar if you like.
I haven't made it myself. Maybe I will try it sometime
