I imagine if you want to try it some onions, garlic, beans and sausage with a lot of tomato. I will try to prepare and post results here in the future.
During our stay in Italy, we enjoyed family dinners and lunches with friends.
The place we could not miss was Ristorante La Monda the family favourite.
If you are travelling to Forli or in the vicinity this would be great place to savour the local delicacy in a family owned restaurant.
All the food is great and big portions prepare your stomach before you go.
