Wedding daze lasagna: A romantic recipe from Italy

The besciamel

For the besciamel we need the following a little wheat flour,butter, milk, pinch of salt, black pepper and nutmeg (remember nutmeg should be used in very little quantity) I do everything with my eyes so I need no measurement but let me find the quantities from my Italian recipe bible.

(Alternatively you can fill with cottage cheese or mozzarella)



Besciamella Sauce ingredients
50 g butter, 3 Tablespoon(s) flour, half litre milk
