Tea for your health

DRINKING at least four cups of tea a day cuts the risk of a heart attack, according to researchers.

A cup of tea keeps the body hydrated, improves alertness and helps strengthen bone mineral density, says the Tea Advisory Panel.

Studies found tea’s natural antioxidants called polyphenols aid many body processes.
