Mussels in tomato and parsley
This simple easy and quick recipe can be made easily from any Kitchen. The ingredients include garlic, oil, mussels, parsley and left over white wine from your fridge if you have.
Heat oil then add garlic, mussels after cooking them for a little I added peeled chopped tomato and cooked a little bit before adding white wine and chopped parsley. Then I cooked them slowly.
Then Serve with Spaghetti!
