This dish is famously known as Ragù in Italian. Ragù or meat sauce can be used for all types of pasta. Lasagne, spaghetti etc. Let's see the secrets of this delicacy.
Ingredients:
Cooking oil
2 carrots (grated)
onion
2 cloves garlic
1 beef cube
500g of minced meat (better if half pork and half beef)
3 big spoons of tomato puree
salt
1 glass white or red whine
Procedure:
Heat oil, add garlic and onion.
Add the meat and salt cook for 10 minutes then add the carrots.
Mix, cook for 3 minutes and add the wine.
Cook until wine evaporates.
(in the meantime put a litre of water to boil with the beef cube)
when the wine has evaporated add the boiled water and beef cube
Put your tomato puree and leave to boil.
When it boils lower the heat and leave it to cook slowly for 2 hours.
Pasta:
Boil alot of water to cook the pasta. Add salt and Pasta. When ready sieve the Pasta and add the sauce. Garnish with some parmesan cheese.
Enjoy your Pasta.
Buon Apetito!
