Now I know this is very inviting for those with extra taste buds or the hypertongues or maybe extra taste buds supertasters, but imagine it is just crepe (pancake in my simple language) filled with pastry cream.

Shrimps and shrimps

My sister inlaw's easy way of making shrimps. We cleaned them put a heavy pan on the fire added the seasalt then the shrimps and you cook them (roasting them on salt)
The following time I made them I added rosemary and sage the taste was even better!

Spaghetti with anchovy sauce

Anchovies, tomatoes, capers and garlic

This is an easy to make recipe for family. Ingredients includes anchovies, olive oil, garlic, capers, tomato paste and a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a pan then add the garlic if you do not like garlic you can add it in big pieces so it is easier to remove, then add the anchovies and cook for a minute after which you add your tomato (usually I use paste added with water since that is what I get in the shop next to my house)then cook slowly, add the capers pinch of salt and cook until the sauce is thick.

This is served with spaghetti.
