Ragù alla Bolognese: Bolognese recipe

Ragù alla bolognese ingredients
-300 g of minced pork meat (some mix half beef and half pork) do with whatever of the 2 you have.
- 100 bacon
- Glass of red wine
- Broth just enough
- 5 spoons of double concentrate tomato (in the world)
- 1 onion, 1 carrot and 1 piece of celery
- 1 spoonful of cream (optional)
- salt and pepper

Cook the bacon and vegetables for a few minutes then add the minced meat, when the meat brown a bit add the wine.
Let the wine evaporate then add the tomato paste, salt and pepper then the broth in slow heat for about 2 1/2 hours then add the cream at the end.
(A friend adds some parmesan and blue cheese at the end then cooks for about 20 minutes mixing so that the cheese does not burn at the bottom, the result was awesome)
