Rooibos an African herbal tea

I was introduced to Rooibos by a friend of mine in Italy. Then later when my Japanese friend visited South Africa she brought me Rooibos.
So, since my last pack is finished I decided to look up for Rooibos.

Rooibos makes an excellent iced tea.
Red tea - Rooibos or Honeybush will taste fresh when refrigerated.

Serve it hot or
Pour it over ice, add lemon or mint.

Honey will bring out sweetness of Rooibos.

Store Rooibos in a dry environment. Room temperature
is recommended
Storing dry Rooibos in the refrigerator is not recommended

Rooibos, when prepared, can be stored in the refrigerator for
up to two weeks
