Easy Simple and Quick grilled recipe: Cutlets of Chopped Meat

Italian grilled meat



Take good lean beef, clean it well and remove all the little skins and tendons, then chop and after you grind the meat fine in a grinder.

Season with salt, pepper and pinch of grated cheese.

Mix it well and shape it into a ball, then with bread crumbs over and beneath flatten it with a rolling pin. Make a sheet of meat as thick as a silver dollar. Cut it in square pieces and cook in a sauce pan with butter.

When cutlets are browned , pour over some tomato sauce and serve.
