This recipe is written both in English and Italian, I hope also Italians who love oriental recipes and want to try them can find this recipe easy. Chicken with Cashew Nut

Recipe:
1/4 cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) oil-1/4 tazza di olio (non usare tutto usa quello che pensi basta senza esagerare olio)
4 garlic cloves (kratiem), minced- 4 pezzi di aglio
1 lb (500 g) boned chicken, thinly sliced-mezzo kilo di pollo senza ossa
Recipe (Sauce):
2 tablespoons fish sauce (nam pla)- 2 cucchiai di salsa di pesce(negozio cinese o thai a forli abbiamo in negozio cinese)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce- 2 cucchiai di salsa di ostriche(negozio cinese o thai a forli abbiamo in negozio cinese)
2 tablespoons sugar- 2 cucchiai di zucchero
1/8 teaspoon white pepper-1/8 di cucchiaino di pepe bianco
1 teaspoon cornstarch/cornflour dissolved in a little water, optional- opzionale se vuoi1 cucchiao di grano o anche o fecola(per addensare il sugino)
1/2 cup (70 g/2 1/2 oz) roasted cashew nuts-mezza tazza di anacardi arrostito
1 green onion/scallion/spring onion, chopped- 1 cippolla verde
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper/capsicum-1/4 Peperone rosso tagliato
How to cook:
1. Heat a large skillet then add the oil, garlic, chicken, the sauces, sugar and pepper.- con una grande padella metti olio, aglio, pollo e le salse, zucchero e peperone
2. Turn the heat to high and reduce the sauce until a glaze forms. If the sauce is not reduced and is thin, add enough of the cornstrarch mixture to produce a thick sauce. Add the cornstarch and water mixture only if you prefer a richer looking sauce.- Metti a fuoco alto riduce le salse finche glassa appare, se le salse non si riducono aggiungi un di farina per fare salsa densa (se vuoi che risulta piu ricca aggiungi un po di acqua e farina)
3. Mix in the roasted cashews and then turn the mixture onto a serving dish. Garnish with the green onion and bell pepper.- Aggiungi gli anacardi e gira la miscela metti in un piatto e servi
con riso bianco
