Beef Casserole: Easy simple dinner beef


Ingredients (serves 4)

700g beef,
1 onion
1 garlic
20g olive oil
1 spoonful flour
1,5 dl white wine
300g tomatoe puree,
300g peas (optional)
Salt
Pepper.

STEPS:
heat oil in a heavy based pan, and add onion and garlic
then add the meat cut into cubes, cook meat on high heat about 10 minutes, turning it.
-Add the flour, mix so all the meat cubes get the flour, then add the wine.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes or almost all the wine evaporates.
Add the salt, pepper and tomatoe. Add a little water and cook slowly for 2 hours.
Serve with rice or potatoe purèè.
