Healthy Snack Happy Housewife's Way


What is it that you do sometimes that is quick, healthy and tasty? Eggs sure, but when I do that egg scramble I go a step higher and use my Pizza technique to make a pizza from eggs. What I need Eggs, Cheese (mozzarella), tomato, oregano, and other topping that I might have whether veggies or ham. The only difference is that I cover it when cooking plus at very slow heat. It makes a perfect snack or just a light meal. You will enjoy it
