Simple easy quick Italian recipes: italian antipasto: bruschette



Italian cooking has never been simplified into these levels before.
After my bread is out of the oven, few alternatives of how you turn it into mouth watering dish in just few minutes.

For example above: Slices of bread with garlic, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Top with olive oil if you have and Origano. Put in the oven for around 2 or 3 minutes.
Tastes great! Serve before a main dish your family and friends will love it.
