pasta with creamed mushrooms






Ingredients: 400g pasta, 500g mushrooms, 200ml cream, 1 egg yolk, 2 cloves garlic, oil, salt and fresh parsley.

Steps:
Clean and wipe the mushrooms, then cut into small sizes
Put water in a big pot for the pasta. When it boils add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minute usually cooking time is indicated on the containers. Sieve to remove the water.

While the pasta is cooking heat some oil in the pan and add whole garlic. Cook it for a minute then add the mushrooms. Cook mushrooms on high heat to drain all the water. When all water is gone remove the garlic then add the cream, mix under low heat to thicken it.

Remove pan from the heat, add the egg yolk and mix well.
Pour in the pasta mix and garnish with parsley.
Ready? Plates? Enjoy your pasta.
